Blake Oldham

Product Manager, PantryTec

Blake Oldham owns the product that facilities actually use: dietitian-approved cycle menus that are accurate, compliant, and easy for kitchen staff to run. He turns operator feedback and day-to-day delivery issues into clearer menus, cleaner workflows, and fewer surprises after a menu goes out.

Focus and Responsibilities

Blake works with PantryTec’s registered-dietitian review process and the team that builds and delivers each cycle so menus stay nutritionally sound, aligned with senior-care expectations, and practical for assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and other communities across the country.

He directs product quality checks and rollouts, folds facility feedback into new features, and partners with engineering on the roadmap that keeps menus and supporting tools reliable. He also owns the customer lifecycle after signup (onboarding, CRM workflows with sales, and work with partner leadership), so facilities get the right information the first time, inbound issues stay down, and order cancellations stay rare.

His priority is simple: operators should trust the menu they post, and residents should look forward to the meal that follows.
